Denise Richards was out and about in Beverly Hills with Sam yesterday. Unfortunately, their mother-daughter day was seriously interrupted when Denise's parked SUV was sideswiped. She said: "The guy took my door off, I was taking her out on the other side and he took the door off!"
Denise and Sam look pretty shaken up, but luckily Richie was there to save the day. (The cupcakes probably didn't hurt either). Even when distressed, Denise still looks good - as for Richie...maybe he had to get dressed in a hurry. We're just glad to hear that nobody was hurt.

3She didn't steal Richie for a start, and the laptop thing was an accident triggered by over-zealous paparazzi.
As for Richie, he doesn't get photographed on his own. His phoos aren't worth money to the papz and they know it, so they just leave him alone to be with his daughter. It is more intruiging why we never see Heather with her, because Heather DOES get photographed everywhere she goes. As I said, Richie doesn't have the paparazzi around him plus he doesn't tend to take her places where there would be any signs of them, he has always been fiercely protective. So Heather is the one I question personally. (personal bugbear of mine, it's Richie not Ritchie)
4They were together like the week after him and Heather broke up. Don't think they weren't fooling around while Ritchie and Heather were still "happily married." Did she even apologize to those old women that she hit?
5Loren, Richie was on the road during that time and Denise was photographed everywhere she went during the whole period he was away in and around LA, and even with Heather on NYE, so I do not believe he and Denise could have been together for at least 2 months after Heather filed for divorce which would co-incide with when Bon Jovi finished the leg of that tour in LA.
Yes, the old ladies were brought to meet Denise and Pamela Anderson and fully understood Denise's position. They sided with her and did not have any desire to press charges. The lady didnt get hit by the laptop, it landed near her and made her startle which caused her to hit her arm on the side of her wheelchair. That was the extent of the situation, the old lady technically injured herself. If a laptop landed on you it would cause a lot more than a small bruise so again I tend to believe that is what happened. No other plausible explanation.
6So I assume that everyone must realize that means she had to have left her door open if someone actually took the door off, right? So in effect it was her own bleeping fault someone took the door off. Dumb@ss!

8No, look at the video; the door was sht and the guy drove into it causing it to fold in on itself so it wasnt shut anymore. She was ont he opposite side of the car, ont he pavement, at the time putting Sam in her car seat so it had to have been quite a frightening bang.
9Sooo, they just managed to hook up out of no where as soon as Heather and Ritchie seperated?? That makes no sense to me. Than that was her "best friend" I don't understand why you're acting like they are not wrong for what they have done. Esp. Denise. If that pig was coming on to her she could've refused his advances. What kind of friend dates your ex? What kind of friend dates your ex whiles he's technically still your husband?? That is just not cool on either of their parts.

Loren, with all due respect you aren't even spelling Richie's name correctly. Secondly, they were both going through tremendously difficult times and if you watch the video even of THIS event you will see how protective he is of her. They were FRIENDS for years, and turned to eachother. I don't see what is non-sensical about that at all. Heather wasnt in the pcture for either of them technically. Not Richie's wife anymore (she was already dating several other men and had been for months) and no longer friends with Denise. Of course its not great but its understandable to me. You turn to those you trust when you're at the worst points in your life.

Just look who the first person she called in this situation was. She knows she can call him and he will be there to help her any way he can, AND he cares deeply about her and her children. She knows he will never hurt them.
13Denise Richards is a mess. Who cares if I'm not spelling his name right? I just know Heather was done wrong. If you wanna support that mess then feel free. I have my own opinion and I am sticking to it.
14If Heather was 'done wrong' then what on earth had she been putting Richie through for years prior? just because he doesnt whinge about it doesnt mean those things didnt happen. Heather has all the credibility of a peanut as far as I'm concerned, and doesn't deserve to be given MY sympathy, though I understand the media have coloured this a certain way so of course the general public thinks this terrible, dreadful thing happened to her when in fact it didn't. She caused it.

I agree it looks like the door was caused to pop open, not that she left it hanging open.
It is very scary to be hit when your kids are in the car. It just happened to us this week here on Chicago's wet roads. The driver was a young teen, going too fast and uninsured, groan. It's going to be a serious PITA to take care of it. Worst of all my 3 kids were really freaked out and nervous to get in car again, but Thank God, OK.
I generally don't like Denise, but she seems pretty good with her girls and they are little dolls.

22Hmm ok, so if Heather was already fooling around with other guys before her divorce & Denise & Richie only got together a couple of months afterwards (which according to Popsugar & other sources, was definately NOT the case), why is Heather no longer friends with Denise???
23The only reason there wasn't an absolute media frenzy over this is that Denise & Heather really aren't all that famous. Imagine what the public outcry would have been if it was, say Angelina Jolie (who got enough flack as it is) who had been best friends with Jen, ENCOURAGED her to leave her husband & then made a move on him! People would have thrown rocks at her! That's why Denise is damn lucky Heather & Richie weren't any sort of 'golden couple' but it really doesn't excuse what she did! No matter what the circumstances, you don't swoop in on your best friend's husband before the ink has even dried on the divorce papers, you just DON'T!!!!
Denise is no longer friends with Heather for several reasons, one of many being that Heather hired the same lawyer as Charlie thus essentially demonstrating that she thinks all the dirty legal games Charlie's lawyers are laying are acceptable and should be used in her own divorce. Heather put Denise's children at further risk and lined the pockets of the man who is putting Denise's children through this. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there are other reasons BUT Denise cannot say anything publicly because if she does, Richie adn Heather's daughter will get hurt. She is staying quiet for Ava's sake, and in turn gets mauled publicly.
PopSugar never said it was the case, the truth is they did not start dating until mid-March. Denise did not encourage Heather to leave Richie, they hadn't even spoken for months.
