Is it weird that I am sort of starting to feel bad for Kevin? He gets such a bad rap and I think he is about to start trying and maybe even slightly impress us. He is even trying to campaign that we vote for him to win the male Red Carpet Icon at next month's Teen Choice awards where he is set to make a huge stage debut. That said, apparently Britney had to fire the pool boy for spending too much time with Kevin. The Scoop reports:
Britney Spears isn’t a “nice person.” That’s the news flash from a pool worker who was fired by the “Oops! ... I Did It Again” singer, who says that Spears axed him for talking too much to her hubby, Kevin Federline.
“I was hanging out a little bit,” ex-employee Jon LaLane told In Touch Weekly. “She came out screaming at Kevin for lying around, then looked at me like I was to blame.” The next day, LaLane, says he got a call from Spears’ people, telling him not to report for work. LaLane, son of the famed exercise guru Jack LaLane, also has a band, and he says he and K-Fed would talk music. But, he claims, Spears would get jealous when her hubby talked to anyone else.
“She wants Kevin on a leash,” LaLane told the mag. “She fires everybody. I figured, ‘Why not me?’ I just didn’t expect her to be so mean.” He adds: “It’s a revolving door there. She’s not the nice person everyone thinks she is.”
Maybe I shouldn't feel bad for him. Thanks to him there are now reports that Britney is not a nice person. We don't want to hear that. I blame Kevin.

28Oh yeah, I feel really sorry for him. He gets to live in luxury for the rest of his life simply because he was at the right place at the right time and Britney was desperate enough to marry anybody in sight. Britney may be hard to be married to, but it can't be any harder than working 9-5 (or way more hours to be earning per month what he spends in a day) at an actual job.

30Oh, and Mar, I totally agree about not feeling bad for Britney. She has been given all the opportunity in the world, and even though she may have missed out on having a childhood, we all have our frickin sob stories. Many, I'm sure, have far worse backgrounds than that. But we don't all go out and get married, then divorced, then married again, then pregnant twice, all before the age of 24. And the whole thing about her being raised in the south and that being her excuse for being white trash...has she ever heard of rising above her unfortunate upbringing? She has been living in L.A. and New York for at least 8 years. She could have availed herself of a little culture and some social skills between then and now. And the girl has NEVER learned how to dress. How does that even happen to someone who's JOB it is to look good?

37lababe03- to be honest , Kevin was the same person then he is now. There are not too many loser-ish guys that would not have junmped at the chance to marry Britney...especially back then when she had no baggage( things may be a bit different now).
Keeping that in mind, the media has had a field day with Kevin. You know why I feel bad for him? Ill hit the nail on the head for you. He could be walking down the street here in Miami and AUTOMATICALLY he is pre judged as a person, yet we dont know him, we rarely see him speak ( at least me) yet we trash him, put him down, day hes a loser, but after all he is a human with feelings. 40sometimes having all the money in the world does not add up to having respect. People worship money too damn much. Sometimes people just want acceptance, they want to feel like people are not just laughing at them, at I think that is the way he feels. I have seen a few interviews, and he basically has said this.
I think sometimes we judge people based of tabloids. I also think Britney is not as "sweet" as the media tries to make her. Oh shes dumb, but shes sweet. I dont know about that anymore. Remember when she threatened that girl on Jamie Lynns show to get her fired? Guess what,the girl IS fired, wonder who had a helping hand at that?
