Hmm...I don't like either of them. She looks gorgeous in both, great lighting, but shouldn't the cover match the music? If the album sounds anything like the single, it should be a little more fun and less serious. Also, it's sad to see her without her wedding ring on:-(

That's a good point merryunbirthday, why is she still wearing her wedding band? Didn't she want the divorce in the first place? I like the 1st one better only because it looks like a CD cover and the 2nd one looks like a magazine photo shoot.

The first picture makes me feel like she wants people to feel bad for her - all dressed up and depressed. AAwww poor Jessica. The second is almost too casual for a album cover. But still I guess the non depressed look works better.

She is pretty - but I keep thinking about Kevin and Bean on KROQ. They spoke with her for 10 min about 3 years ago and claimed they would rather cut their own head off with a chain saw then be married to her. They said maybe if she was a deaf mute they could stand to be around her. Something to that effect. Is she really that bad?

They both look like ads for something, like perfume or silver jewelry. Definitely not an album cover. She looks nice and natural in both of them.

Anyone seen the episode of House where he is treating a model, and suspects her Dad of sexually molesting her? His reasons are that the Dad is her manager, is with her practically 24 hours a day, and he quotes the dad from an article talking about the daughters heart shaped booty and perfect perky breasts.

just my kids. the 5 year old is in the back (knees on a stool that the other 2 are sitting on), 7 year old on the left and 8 year old on the right. i had a lot of trouble getting it up. it's a uncropped version of what i wanted, it just wouldn't take the other one. so this is kind of far away.
