7i think, personally, that i would get a white tattoo only if i tended to have a darker complection or tan really well, otherwise it's not going to be able to be seen hardly at all. but then again that could be what she is going for.

9I think the white tattoo is cool because usually people get tats for personal significance. This way, she knows its there, it has meaning to her, and she is not necessarily flaunting the tat. However, subtly isnt something this girl gets, but for us normal folk...it could be something to consider.
