Why Heather?

Not to be ignorant....but how will that work for Heather? I don't know much about her, but I have seen her walking with a cane.

I think Heather Mills is trying to drum up sympathy & make over her public image b/c of her divorce from Paul McCartney.

Heather will be the first to get kicked off because no one in America likes her.

Joey was always my least favorite Nsync member and Ian was always my least fave 90210 character...I won't be watching this show.

I watched CNN about Anna Nicole at lunch today...it's a huge mess that could be easily solved but they keep dragging out. It's rather irritating.

Poor Brandy. I hope everything works out for her.

Im like you ohsuri, how is Heather going to do that. With all due respect, doesn't she only have one leg? If she can still dance like Dancing with the Stars people do, thats amazing!

I agree with Trixie that Heather is just looking for sympathy. She certainly won't find it here! I can't stand her. And poor Jeffrey. Even though his clothes don't represent my personal style, I was rooting for him the whole time because he is just so creative and innovative and forward-thinking, which is exactly what the fashion world knows. And he really knows how to flatter a woman's body, but in really unique ways. I hope things start looking up for him AND Michael. Love them both.

I do not know why, but I ust do not hate Heather Mills as much as everyone. I just can not hate someone for having a messy divorce. I am not saying she is a great person, but I think things went terribly wrong and the claws came out, and she just happened to be married to a beloved person. I LOVE Paul, and I am shocked he was so fooled by her if she was so bad.

this dancing with stars isnt exciting me so much...last season i watched for Joey Lawrence! my bf even watched for the chance of him saying 'Whoa' just once!!

They kept saying they wanted Heather to prove that people with disabilities can do anything. Ugh. I believe that.. but I also believe that there are other ways to prove that rather than putting Heathers ugly mug up there every week

I wonder if the parents of that woman that was killed would have filed a wrongful death suit against someone that isn't a celebrity. It's very sad she died, but it's really sad that they are trying to make $50 million off of Brandy because of her death. I mean, would the parents of filed a $50 mil. suit against an "ordinary" person if that had been the case?

I never watched Dancing With The Stars...it just doesn't appeal to me.

I wish they would stop acting like Anna Nicole's death is such a big mystery...everyone and their grandmothers know the real deal. For some reason I can't stop thinking about her death...I guess b.cuz its all so tragic.

I feel for Brandy b.cuz I know that she truly did not want to hurt anyone...but I can't help but give my heart to that lady's devastated family. The only way I can look at it is spritually...God lets everything happen for a reason.

Im with you Mar, I don't see why everyone is so hung up on hating Heather. I dont like or dislike her. I have no reason to do either.

Yea, I think that I will actually pass on this season's DWTS. I loved last season, I was all Emmitt all the way. But I honestly can't stand Heather Mills, I feel that she was just after Paul's money. He just wanted a love like he had with Linda. Heather needs to just stay away from the US, IMHO.

This story reminds me of that episode on Saved By the Bell where Lisa hurts her foot right before a dance competition and she ends up dancing (or hopping) around with one leg.

Think of the mishaps that can occur with Heather's leg. Is the premise of her selection a colluded act to attract new viewers and attempt to boost up their ratings??

anti curl I agree with you, its just a way to boost ratings. I gave Dancing with the Stars a chance, but just never got into it.

I HEART Apolo!!! I fell in love with him in the 2002 Olympics so I'm so excited he's going to be on the show! I have a reason to watch!!!

I love that Saved by the Bell, anit-curl Yesterday I watched and it was the one with Screech's Spaghetti Sauce.

I cannot wait for Dancing With The Stars. I love that show. The person who said Heather would be out first is probably right. She is not very well liked, BUT she sure would be entertaining to watch dance!
