Good looks and amazing acting skills obviously run in the Cruz family. Penelope and her little sister Monica were at the Mann Chinese Theater on Tuesday night for the premiere of The Inquiry (L' Inchiesta). In the film, Monica plays a young Israeli woman who falls into a forbidden relationship with a Roman in 35 AD. These two are obviously very supportive of one another. In fact, we bet Monica will stay close by to support Penelope this weekend to see if she takes home an Oscar.

I really don't think Salma is prettier than penelope! I mean, penelope's beauty is hard to explain, she's got some unusual and distinct features! and i remember in the beginning i thought she was kinda "meh" but she totally grew on me! Salma Hayek... what can i say? I live in brasil, and i swear, every corner i turn i see someone who looks exactly like her! My neighbour looks exactly like her. she's got such "common" features! and somehow, to me, penelope comes across as the most charismatic of the two, which is also totally important!
