Kate Walsh, more familiarly known as Grey's Anatomy's Dr. Addison Montgomery (pre-divorce she was Shepherd), is apparently set to star in her own spin-off series premiering this Spring. She is probably my favorite character on Grey's these days (yes, I watch Grey's, sigh), so I will be sad to see her leave Seattle Grace. I just hope that the new show can keep Addison as feisty, deadpan, and awesome as ever. In the end, as long as the teeny little babies keep being saved in her more than capable hands, the more of Kate Walsh, the better.

6First: I don't think it's definite yet. They're writing a few episodes for a test run.
Second: Apparently, it's just getting to hard for Shonda Rhimes to write episodes that include all...what, 12 castmembers? I guess it's better than killing off someone we like.

9I freaking LOVE this show and I don't want her to leave at all. Having said that, it's kinda cheesy that both Addison & McSteamy are working there at Seattle Grace. It just doesn't seem real.

19Love her & love her character on GA. She's incredibly lovely. I'm with you, Molly, on her being my favorite. The other character I really like is Chandra Wilson's. (For the life of me I can't remember the character's name!)
I don't know about a spinoff series. Seems to me that they should leave well enough alone.

22me too pop..i like her and Alex, its starting to grow on me! But everytime i see her and sandra oh together in the same shot it makes me think of Under the Tuscan SUn when the played a couple!! kind of distracting at times!

2. Meredith can't die. It's GREY's anatomy - as in Meredith Grey. That would be the equivilent of killing Buffy off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, oh wait, they did that...
