Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale looked every bit the rock star couple on their way into a doctor's appointment at Cedars-Sinai yesterday. Of course, Gwen was showing off that signature maternity style, while Gavin was looking as hot as ever. Little Kingston sat this one out — I'm sure he's busy since there's a lot of work to be done getting ready for his new little sibling.

cnyc, it's because Christina OVER does it. She makes herself WAY too pale and it LOOKS like she's caked it on. Gwen looks more natural. To me, looking at this picture of her it just appears that she put on the Bright red lips and went out. She doesn't look like she's got a ton of caked on makeup all over her face.

Gwen comes from an entirely different world, she liked everyone from Fishbone to Blondie to Emmylou Harris. Her style was always evolving. I am a HUGE fan of hers, but I can say objectively that she is notches above Xtina.
Christina was a teenybopper who tried to be like Madonna and spews ridiculousness and tried to sex up her image, when it backfired she "settled down" or "calmed" her style.
Gwen has had pink hair, platinum blonde hair, 'white' hair w/black tips, braids, short hair and long hair. She wore vintage clothes, thrift store clothes. She would sew her own costumes and was an art major in college. And then she started mixing up designer clothes with her original style. She dated Tony and was influenced by his Indian heritage, she had vintage hair and 50s type bangs because she was inspired by her grandmother. Then she'll mix in genres of music like punk or alternative w/ reggae. For the longest time she did her own make up, again, she was an art major and she is just skilled. She has not ever been a slave to fashion....
Christina Aguilera has NOTHING on her, plus Christina's make up has a low quality appearance and bad over her skin or just obviously like she has too much on, at first it was maybe okay and now it's very poor.
This is one case where it's not about hypocrisy. Gwen is just more tasteful than Christina.

19i totally agree with peachykeen. gwen has been in the music industry longer and has by far more talent. she might not have the vocal range, but i'd still pick my gwen over christina.
