Katie Holmes' Mad Money wasn't exactly a hit at the box office last January, and word on the street is that she's looking to mix things up for her next project. Supposedly she's in final talks to take on Broadway in a revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons. It's not as exciting as a big musical, but tell us — would you pay to see Katie Holmes on Broadway?

I wouldn't...
1nope, simply bc she sucks as an actress. stick to being Mrs. Cruise, Katie.
2naah
3no, the only thing people seem to have liked her in is Dawson's Creek maybe it's her one hit
4I voted no!
5Noway, she would need to take acting classes in order to be on Broadway!
6
NO
7I dont even pay to see her at the cinema. Just cuz shes Mrs. Cruise dont automatically make her a good actress. she should stick to shopping.
8No, she should stick to being a wife/mother, you know since it's so "wonderful" and "amazing" and "everything she ever dreamed of"...
9No way. Like Martini Rossi said, I wouldn't pay to see a film of hers at the cinema. I hate that she's such a big "star" now just because of her (sketchy if you ask me) relationship with Tom Cruise. She might be an A-list celebrity now but she's still a C-list actress.
10Only if the role fit her, and she learned how to sing
11Only if the role fit her, and she learned how to sing
12She would really suck!
13Nomerz- you are so right, she should mother her "magical" child.
14LMAO, no Suri's not a child remember, "shes an amazing woman".
15she was excellent in "Pieces of April" but i've never been impressed with any of her other roles. i would love to be proven wrong, but it's often difficult for film/tv performers to seamlessly transition to the stage. (julia roberts, anyone?)
16I love Katie, She's a great actress, she just doesn't always get the best roles. She was outstanding in the Dark Knight though.
And remember, just because it's on Broadway doesn't mean they HAVE to have singing parts.
17I'm sorry, not the Dark Knight, that's the one she DIDN'T do, I meant the first Christian Bale batman movie, but the name escapes me right now.
18I think she's better for movies and series
19Batman Begins you mean Mykie and she was ok in it- but not stellar. i'd rather see the 2nd Mrs Cruise (as in Nicole Kidman) on Broadway- i think she has more acting talent!
20i'm not sure about this one - i'd have to think about whether she can sing or not and if i'd want to see that. i think that it's a nice change for her though since she hasn't been doing anything much lately.
21Thank you megIn! I HATE when I know I know something and I can't spit it out!
22ah yes, I forgot "magical" ... how could I? I think she says it every 2.456 seconds.
23Where's the choice for: NO biotch can't act!
24are you kidding???? she wasn't that great in Batman Begins either. I thought she didn't stand out. Christian Bale carried her mediocre performance. She's just a pretty face in that movie. I'd like to see how she can pull a Broadway performance. Stage acting is more demanding and much more raw.. if she can't even have a good presence in the screen where much can be edited.. how will she be able to do it on stage? The whole set will just swallow her up. I'd say she better stick to her fantasy world where everything is amazing and perfect and great.
25I can't believe from what I've seen of her, that Holmes could do something as dramatic as "All My Sons" on stage. She probably couldn't handle it on film, with a director talking her through it and filming small bits at a time.
26her career, or whatever she had as a career, went out the window as soon as she became Mrs.Cruise. Wonder Boys and Pieces of April were really good movies, but she ruined her career and she is not a good actress. I used to love her during Dawson's Creek, I can't stand her gloomy face and boring personality, she used to be so cute.
27I picked the Suri one. LOL.
28Ugh, don't remind me, she was the WORST part in Batman Begins!
29I'm not going to co subsidise Scientology by paying for a Broadway ticket.
30NO!!! I like Katie Holmes, but come on. This whole TV Actors/Movie Stars/Singers meets Broadway is getting UBER-Old!!!
I would actually pay for a play that lampoons this new-level of "street" cred. It should actually be called "Street Cred" and show some lacking actor/actress trying to prove him/herself on The Great White Way!!! It would be a surefire hit.
31I completely agree with hotstuff - She was awful in Batman Begins (really, it's such a fun movie except for her scenes) and she hasn't proven that she can act at all! I'd be happy if she quit acting all togteher and pursued something else.
32I won't pay to see her anywhere.
33I voted 'Other' because my answer is 'No' but it's because I don't want a cent of my money ending up in the pocket of Tom Cruise.
34Right on, cubadog. So sick of her and Tom.
35I hope this is off, off, off, off, off, off, off, off Broadway, because I'd hate to see that's what the stage has come to.
36I'll stick to looking at pictures of her.
37She is stunning.
I think she should try it as it's a good way to improve acting chops, many actors do that and then do films afterwards.
And Mad Money did ok at the box office, it will make proper profit for the studio once it is out on DVD and rentals. Granted she has not been in many films, most of them have been hits.
38I'm so tired of all these marginal actors deciding to take to the stage like it's just another thing to do, AND being given that opportunity when they just aren't up to the task. Jennifer Garner but she was so out of her league in Cyrano, and she can at least act. But Katie Holmes? Puhlease.
39can she sing??? does she even have a TINY singing role in her movies? I only know her as the wife of Cruise, girl in batman, and mother of alien-child-but-cute-Suri.
40Tom is going to let Katie be on Broadway?
41NO way! I remember when she sang on Dawson's Creek - back in the day. She has a squeeky, high-pitched, little girl voice. PASS~!
42I don't really want to see her in any role. I haven't liked any character she's played - I even found her annoying as Joey. Katie Holmes' only claim to fame is her marriage to Tom Cruise and her terrible acting.
43If most of us do NOT want to see her in movies, then we sure as hel* don't want to see her on stage. So NO NO NO!
And I could not vote no up there because what came after was not right to say. We should be able to vote "No, I don't like her in the movies either".
44No!!! I wouldn't pay to see her in anything, actually.
45No thanks. She's pretty hit and miss with her movies - good in Pieces of April, bad in Batman and Mad money. So asking her to bring it every night on Broadway would be a little out of her reach I think.
46And anyways in interviews and stuff she always seems a bit blah - lacking personality, so i'm thinking she wouldn't be the most radiant person on stage.
I've never seen her in anything. Since she has enough money, I'll keep mine, thanks.
47She needs to do a decent film before tackling Broadway.
48Im nowhere this production so I would to see her but I cant.
49Funny only Katie's movie that was still decent was reported flop when many actresses inclusing Oscar winners do so badly at the box office. Talk about biased and unfair unprofessional reporting.
i.e. Reese Witherspoon's movies
i.e. Scarlett and Portman's movies
Halle Barry,Hilary Swank,Kidman,Charlize Theron and many others.
I want her in The Dark Knight opposite Christian Bale not icky Maggie Gyllenhaal.
