I think he actually seems fine lately. Happier and more relaxed then he has been in the past. Oh and hotter.

I liked Stop Loss. I think it is the kind of movie that will be around for a while. He'll be able to look back in ten years and be proud of his work.

Jay Leno is NOT funny!!! What he said is his norm, he always bashes gays in someway. NBC should remove him now.

I think stop loss will be a good dvd seller. with the economy the way it is I can see the theaters suffering. Despite him being a turd to Reese, I hope things get better.

you know, i have to feel a little bad for him. just a little. - he's been on my list of guys who have redeemed themselves...and now this. i hoped that stop-loss would have done better...but oh well. i guess people aren't really into seeing a movie about going back to war?

i hope that things get better for him - it's more fun to see him smiling with this kids than moody and glum.

Ryan, will be fine. His movies have never done that well anyway. People focus on Box office so much but popcorn flicks dominant box office anyway. People need to get a grip and get off the money a movie makes. He is a good actor however. So I am not worried about him. Ryan is a good guy, and good things will happen for him.

i'm usuually kind of "whatever" on ryan. but i was really offended by what jay leno said and i give ryan a lot of credit for making it clear he wouldn't play along with leno's bigoted "jokes."

User, Loser and Vow Abuser. Don't like him, won't watch him. I usually like Jay Leno, but when I found out he was gonna be on, I went to bed instead.

i don't think ryan (who i don't like) needs to feel bad about the late show at all. whatever issues there were with the line of questioning are all leno's. jay will probably have ryan back on in a couple of weeks and they will be great pals and that will get more/better press.

as for seeing reese with jake, ryan should have kept it zipped on set with that amy girl. too late now.

I don't know rw, from what I hear it was typical Jay. People just got their panties in a wad because they're overly sensitive.

I mean it's ridiculous! I'm a redhead, Redheads are stereo typed as hot headed, wild, crazy and we get some pretty nasty (and pretty damn funny) things said about us. Do you see the a group "People for the ethical treatment of redheads"? NO. Blonds get it too, do you see a "National Organization of Blonds"? NO. You just have to learn that some things are comedy, and not to be taken so seriously.

Well 'Stop-Loss' is Kimberly Pierce's second outing as a director isn't it? I don't understand what the studio execs were expecting in terms of box office since she originally made her name as an indie auteur with 'Boys Don't Cry' in 1999. The studio could've planned a much neater streamlined marketing approach catering to those anticipating Pierce's follow-up, and then, based on it's reception, opened to wider audiences later on. It's very unfair to pour the entire fate of this film on Ryan alone. He exhibited some of his greatest acting ever in it, I wouldn't be shocked if he receives honors by the various critic circles at the end of the year for this performance, it's of course too early to say Oscar but his work in 'Stop-Loss' I feel is deserving of a possible short list consideration.

Not that I blame Kimberly Pierce either, she proved herself a very capable storyteller, yet again, but I do question her decision to sell-out and go big budget studio for her second outing. The studio pretty much packaged this film as a 21st century Apocalypse Now... their promotional announcements were everywhere leading up to it's release and it still didn't attract the audience they hoped to draw in. Hello? This is America, we are at war, a fckn war that for the most part is still quite popular whether people will admit to it or not. I'm sure that those who loved Pierce's work nine years ago went to go see this movie, but everyone else who only had the advertisements as a gauge, were no doubt too turned off by the strong anti-War (anti-Bush) hinted at in the trailer.

Ryan was so hot and so funny on the Jimmy Kimmell show last night!! He did a fake sex tape scandal thing that was hysterical but kind of hot because he was only in like boxers.

He said he just had a 12 hour flight and was jet lagged so I don't think he is too sad about anything.

Stop Loss was great. He should be proud of his performance!

I loved Stop Loss-saw it opening night and was entertained the whole time regardless-not just the smoldering hotness of Ryan(Chan doesn't do it for me- don't know why)-Ryan has made some good Indie flicks and is talented. As far as him not smiling I mean how many people walk around every day with smiles on their faces running errands-I don't- and it looks corny to do that-If he was just getting off a plane even more so- I am a fan regardless of his personal life and all-people grow and change and that is a part of life. He is a great daddy for sure and can't take that from him. Go Ryan-- keep working out staying healthy and doing your thing !
