Ryan Phillippe isn't usually a sunshine and rainbows kinda guy [1], but he was looking particularly down both at the airport and at the gym this week. It wasn't exactly the greatest weekend for him since his Stop-Loss [2] bombed at the box office [3]. There's also the whole Reese and Jake trip to Cabo [4] — even though Ryan said he was happy for his ex-wife [5], seeing Jake vacationing with his little ones [6] has to hurt just a little. To top it all off, Ryan's name is being dragged into headlines thanks to Jay Leno's gay jokes [7] which made even Ryan uncomfortable. Jay has since apologized [8] but it's kind of sad that no one will remember Ryan's appearance on the show for anything other than this controversy now.
