i loved when marty finally won!!

I didn't watch. I just looked up the winners though (WOW, did I not win that Prada bag ), and I'm glad Marty finally won. It's about time, dammit.

I couldn't be happier that Marty won! I was bored at times during the show but it had nothing to do with Ellen. She cracks me up!

this might sound lame..but the highlight of the night for me was when the departed won Best Motion Picture and the producer was sayin his accepting speach..and he talked about how great leo was to work with..and leo just winked at him ...my HEART MELTED..it wass soo hot..

ellen rocked tonight... she made it fun and fresh LOVED IT...

Forest Whitaker's speech really got to me!

This was the most entertaining Oscar show in decades! Those dancers are amazing. Kudos to all, especially the FAB Sugar team!

My favorite part was Forest Whitaker winning. I was so rooting for him...I felt bad for Peter O'Toole but oh well, he's had a long and great career. I also loved the Marty finally won, too!

I agree that this was the most entertaining Oscar show in years - But the hightlight was definitely Jack Black and Will Ferrel's musical number..."Leo gets to date supermodels and win awards...." "Ryan you think you're so hip, but I'll break your hip...." totally hilarious. I almost cried though when Leo didn't win - I'm in love with him and he deserves it after all the amazing films he's been in. Boo!

forest got to me too. i totally got teary eyed ahh. lol. but i think my favorite part was the intro, where they were interviewing the nominees. it was funny, fresh and real

i liked ellen too. the part where she handed the script to martin scorsese was hilarious

The highlight for me was when Martin won! That's all I wanted to happen. The Departed winning Best Picture was a cherry on top!

ellen was great, but as someone who is non-celeb and part of the real working world...i had to be to bed at 10:30. why put all the boring awards at the front? let's mix up the awards! some good ones, some bad ones. come on!

I was really happy that Alan Arkin won. He was great in 'Little Miss Sunshine'

There were a number of high points for me, but when Marty finally won and everyone was standing and whistling for him, and Jack Nicholson could barely stand still backstage and his three old friends gave him his award... it was just a perfect moment.

I totally could have done without the clips that were supposed to depict American life. It was necessary in any way and they weren't even good clips. What was the point?

i loved the Dreamgirls singing, i wished they would have mixed up the show more though...i also like the funny comedian song, when that song came on, i had a little hope for the show, but I was wrong, the last hour was the only one worth watching....Ellen was cool

The highlight for me was seeing Martin Scorcese winning an Oscar at last. I am a big fan of his. He deserved to win an Oscar a long time ago. I am so glad he has one now. Also, I got quite teary eyed when Forrest Whitaker was giving his speech, I was delighted he won Best Actor.

I liked Ellen and I thought she was a good host. I also liked the special effects with the shadow poster. It was cool how they did the Devil Wears Prada shoe. Last but not least I liked when they were presenting Best Costume Design they actually showed the costumes on stage!

There was alot of moments that were my favorite. One of them is when Abigal Breslin and Jayden presented the short feature films. Very cute when Jayden messed up. Anything with Ellen was funny. She was amazing as the host. I love the singing and whatnot of Jack Black, Will Ferrell, and John C. Reilly. And I was thrilled when Martin Scorcese won an Oscar. He deserves it!

I loved the presentation by Abigail Breslin and Jayden Smith. They were so cute together, you could see everyone melting when they walked on stage.

Another moment I loved was when Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt presented, and Meryl Streep went into 'Devil' mode. She just seemed like a totally different person when she did that.

I LOVE Ellen. and congrats to Jennifer Hudson! I liked those dancers before some of the commercials that would shape themselves into the happy feet penguins and then they made themselves into a bus for Monster House i think it was. Now that was entertaining...
