Anne Hathaway was still smiling on the set of Bride Wars in NYC yesterday, but things weren't going quite so smoothly with her personal life. Her boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was arrested for bouncing a check written for about $250,000. Apparently he went willingly, but the whole situation sounds a little suspect, especially since this isn't the first time he's been accused of shady financial dealings.

I like her, she's one of the more "normal" movie stars (oxymoron I know). Sucks if her boyfriend is shady.

3princis, i don't think it's a "misunderstanding". the first time i heard about her boyf - it was linked to some other money scandal a couple of months ago.
4Poor girl. It must suck to have people talk negatively about the man that you love REGARDLESS of what he did or didn't do. I hope this blows over soon. She's awesome!

9wow you would have thought that she would have known better than to stay with someone that has that sort of reputation with money. the 2005 allegations are really something, and to know that 3 years later he's still doing someting not 'kosher' - well that's enough to make me walk. i wonder if she's keeping a close eye on her money since he seems to like to spend it.
10How embarrassing for her. He's always doing something shadey. That sucks. Google this guy, he's got a laundry list of sketchy sh*t attached to his name, I have no idea how/why she is still with him.

I really like these two, they look like down to earth, fun girls. About Anne's boyfriend... I don't like his looks, but that's all I can say about him.
13He has always creeped me out for some reason. I kinda like her (the fact that she's a fellow Jersey girl keeps me from toeing the line of dislike) but I think she can do so much better. This isn't his first run-in and considering that he went willingly, he likely knew fighting it was futile. Hope she keeps track of her bank accounts from now on...

20Yeah Anne's man is a shady dude for sure. I like her, I think she's a great actress and seems pretty down to earth, but her features really bother me. They're too big I guess, they just seem off. Kate looks gorgeous as always.
