Congrats to Beyonce and Jay-Z, who tied the knot tonight in NYC. We've been watching the details unfold as tents went up and flowers arrived, followed by guests for the big event. The marriage license was put to good use, as the Bonnie and Clyde of '03 have become husband and wife. Jay-Z and Beyonce wed at his Tribeca apartment with family and close friends including Gwyneth and Chris Martin. Jay-Z has a show in North Carolina tomorrow night so the honeymoon may be on hold but knowing these two, they'll be living it up this summer in some fabulous destination.

23It's great that they were able to keep it pretty under the radar. Not easy to hide a large party when you're that famous. Smart to have it on a NYC roof at night, as I think it's pretty tough to get a permit to fly in that area, which might have kept out most of the media.

43Andddd, I don't know why people are saying that this isn't exciting news because they have been together tooo long and they should have done this years ago. In the real world people spend a few years together before getting engaged and married! They were actually doing it RIGHT instead of the Hollywood way so MAYBE just maybe they will stay together unlike the hundreds of divorces we see a year! Plus they are young--so whats the hurry??? 48that's WONDERFUL news - and i'm so happy how they went about doing this. i hate hearing about celeb weddings for months and months before hand - so this was a nice change. they've been together forever that this is just wonderful that it's official. i wish them years and years of happiness
