Neil Patrick Harris showed off those arm muscles while out in LA on Sunday. I'm sure we can thank those doggies [1] for keeping him in good shape. Now that the weekend is over, we've got another new episode of How I Met Your Mother [2] to look forward to tonight. Even if you're not a HIMYM fan (you should be!), there's some fabulous NPH coming our way — Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay [3] is coming out in just a few weeks! Fingers crossed his cameo in this one will live up to the first time.
