Jay-Z Sneaks Out of NYC With His Bride/Maybe Baby Mama

Beyonce was careful to keep that left hand covered up with a glove leaving NYC with Jay-Z yesterday. These two have maintained a low profile since they supposedly tied the knot, but that's not stopping the world from speculating about why they finally walked down the aisle. The latest rumor is that Jay and B sped up the marriage process because there's a little one on the way. They certainly wouldn't be the first Hollywood couple to have a shotgun wedding, and if Beyonce really is pregnant, then we're all the more excited for the newlyweds and soon-to-be parents.

Are you kidding? They've been together since 2002... I'd say six years is far from speeding up the marriage process. If you mean that the press didn't get wind of it sooner, maybe because that's the way they wanted it, private.

Who's to say their was anything hasty about this wedding.. It could of been planned for months! I'm so impressed with their privacy! Why the hell should we all see them getting married!

i was waiting for the preggo rumors to start wit this couple. you knew that it was coming, but i would have assumed that a few weeks would go by first....oh well. they can't expect privacy - they are one of the most noticeable long lasting couples out there right now.

as for shotgun...does dating for 6 years really qualify as shot gun ? besides...we don't know how long they were planning this wedding...it could have been for a while since her tour is over and his job stuff is settling a little.

yeah i don't think it was speedy - considering they even had their minister from houston officiating - it does sound planned. I think because the media found out about it so late , they're kinda pissed that they weren't able to get a great scoop on it.

Hmm, don't know about those pants...and i wish she'd kept her hair color she had before.

Other than that, I agree with the others. They could definately have been planning the wedding for months( and probably were, considering they did have celebrity guests). Everyone only got on the wedding watch after they applied for the marriage license.

Shotgun/Quickie decision vs. planned out:
The florist said she only had a week notice to get the order together...
They could have planned all the details but waited until the last minute to make orders to lessen the the likelihood of a leak to the media, when you have that much $$ u can wait until the last minute

The media says the marriage was "Sped up" just because they didn't know anything about it until they got their marriage license!

I have to give Beyonce major kudos for valuing her privacy. She really takes the necessary steps to avoid the paparazzi 85% of the time, and doesn't sell her private life for more fame.
