Britney's come a long way over the past couple of months, but some things never change. She stopped off to use the McDonald's restroom in Malibu yesterday during an afternoon out on the town. Girl can't help it, she just loves herself a public bathroom. People may be ready to celebrate Anti-Britneys and the like, but we're definitely still holding out hope (which is finally going well — yay) for the blonde bombshell popstar who stole people's hearts all those years ago.

she looks really good there! And, do you know how many times I have stopped at a public restroom??? When you gotta go you just gotta go. Like my mom...she only has one kidney so it doesn't matter where we stop sometimes...she HAS TO GO. I am sure its not that dire with Britney, but still...when you gotta go!! I think she is doing great!

7i still don't understand why people give her such a hard time about using public restrooms. sometimes when you have to go you have to go. it's not like this time she's in a gas station w/ no shoes on....it's mcdonalds...she's dressed and looks put together. she probably had a really large soda and had to pee....and didn't want to chance waiting til she got home.

Now I do draw the line at the outdoor gas station bathroom. Unless its a DIRE emergency but there is a Mickey D's just about everywhere

21I never got the big deal with using the bathrooms? Is she supposed to not pee? The big deal with that was when she had no shoes on.... so I dont see the issue here... I did love the pic where she was coming out of the bathroom with that wife beater and the sari (sp?) and her hair was all thrown back in a messy bun smoking a cig.. I have no idea why, but I love it!
22Wow, I see this as a complete turn around for her. Before it was all icky gas stations and bare feet. Now she's wearing shoes and it's MCDONALDS, which in the public restroom world is your best choice for when you gotta go! And she's had 2 kids, even after 1 it's harder to hold your bladder so I can see why she would need to go more than others while out and about. The other couple of billion people that do it just don't have cameras following them to record each potty break.
23The top is cute but I wonder which pair of the many ripped-at-the-knee jeans these are. I guess anything can be seen as an improvement when the bar is set so, so low.

28The thing with using Public Restrooms, ANY public restrooms is that they are GROSS! I don't care HOW bad I have to go, I avoid using them at all costs.
And I've had two children too, it's not THAT hard to hold it if you do your kegals! LOLOL

She drinks a ton of caffiene doesn't she? Its a diuretic. That probably has a lot to do with the frequent bathroom trips. I seriously go every hour because I drink so much fluid during the day.

36No one is saying this here, but I just wanted to comment that she is really not fat at all. The only reason people say that is because they are comparing her to how she used to look when she did like 1,000 sit-ups a day and had a grueling workout routine. She looks like a normal woman, and if no one knew who she was, no one would criticize her body. People would actually probably say she was no bigger than average, because she is not.

42Yes, I AM a germophobe. But fortunately I have boys, so they are allowed to use public restrooms, I just make sure I have the hand sanitizer ready when they come out. LOL
NO one in my family will do more than pee in a Public Restroom though, unless it's a, ummmm, dire emergency. LOL
43I should say, as a girl, the idea of sitting where bazillions of other butts have been really gives me the heebie jeebies.

49Just like the rest of America I loved watching the Britney train wreck sensation, but you couldn't help but keep thinking "somebody save her, this is going to end bad". I've never been a fan- ever, but as a human being, I'm glad to see someone helped get her head on straight. Maybe she'll never be med free, maybe she'll always need handlers, but she's lucky to be alive in my opinion.
