I def give her alot of credit for trying- I mean shes not a singer- shes just trying to raise money, so good for her I know she was so nervous. She had to be. But aside from that the performance was eh, not too good.

how about huge kudos to her for getting up on stage and singing... not only to be entertainment but to raise money... that's amazing.. so regardless of how good she can or can't sing... good for her!

Good for her for getting on stage and trying it out, but she was awful. Let's maybe think of another way for her to help out next year...

A for effort! I think she probably fulfilled a longtime fantasy and I give her credit for getting up there. She knows as well as we know it wasn't great. And she did look great! SO, that is my two cents....LOVED it!

Maybe it's mean to say this, but with an AI audience, the "good cause" for Teri Hatcher was Teri Hatcher. Can't blame a celebrity for seeking attention on a major scale, but I blame those who chose to give her that stage for that performance. It was ill-suited for her, ahem, talents.

I give kudos to the other celebrities on stage with her who sounded great! She sounded flat, tone deaf and like every karaoke bar in America and I have no idea why anyone thought it was a good idea. I mean, people get voted off of Idol for sounding like that...and I thought the show was supposed to showcase the talent and hearts of the stars of the show. I don't watch it because Paula and Ryan make my head hurt.

If she did it just for charity and knew she was bad, that's one thing. But she actually thinks she's good! She performed with The Band From TV, and this was not the first time! She's performed with them before- so obviously she thinks she's good and didn't do it solely to help out for charity. SOO BAD!

Ok, let's be realistic she is not known for her singing talent but for her acting. I don't think it was supposed to be taken seriously (because of the little skit with Carrie before the performance). BUT...it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was actually surprised.
