Nashville rolled out the purple carpet for the finest in country music last night. Nicole and her barely showing baby bump supported her husband Keith Urban who was the opening act. Faith Hill looked a little lost in her all black ensemble but that hubby Tim McGraw's hat was a helpful distraction. As for the younger ladies, Carrie Underwood looked perfect in purple. This American Idol is well beyond being known as the reality TV contestant. Miley Cyrus continues to be everywhere. This was her first of many outfits throughout the evening as the host and performer. Taylor Swift was looking like a princess and the young star was also the big winner last night.

26I can't believe how many people are saying how "sexy" and "revealing" Miley's dress is. I've been really bored at work and seeing a lot of comments about the awards... so many people have said basically how "mature" Miley dresses for her age on 'OMG' on yahoo.com... but thinking back I wore SOOOOOO much worse things when I was 15. I know this dress is kind of "older" with the print, but its the style!

29Miley's dress is so pretty!! The colors are great and it's actually not what you'd expect to see at an awards show! Love it!
30I was there, in the section seated right next to the stars. They all walked by me to get to their seats. I even warmed Kenny's seat for a while (I was a talent seat filler). And I have to say Nicole took my breath away. She is so gorgeous in person, and I thought she did look 6 months pregnant. I've seen other first-time moms showing that much. And as for Faith, I kinda liked the black, but if you watch the show, when it was time for her to present, she had changed into a different top. It was white with jewels, and it looked SO cute, and she looked WAY skinny.
LeAnn Rimes' dress was SOOOO short! But it was way cute too. Carrie Underwood, blah, don't like her. Taylor Swift is SOOOO tall, and she sometimes slunches over. But it was nice seeing her without all that gobs of makeup they usually put on her. Kimberely Williams Paisley was very pretty & just as tiny as can be. Paula Abdul appeared to be on drugs. Maybe it's too much botox? Sara Evans was barely recognizable. I saw her at a taping back in Feb or March & she's dropped like 25lbs and dyed her hair black. But she did look pretty good. Julienne Hough (sp?) was smaller than I thought, but she looked really cute.
Overall it was a good show this year. Check it out.
31Well tay's is ok but,carrie's is not because her's is way to SHORT!!!!!!!!!!!But i do love Carrie.
