I just voted other--it's not that it isn't new or interesting, it's just that over-produced voice effect that they do now (e.g., Heidi Montag, Paula Abdul) where their voice sounds overprocessed. Ugh.
Give me Zooey Deschanel any day.

20i'm not the biggest scarlett fan in the world but i was sort of rooting for her. i mean, i didn't wanna see her fall on her ass with this one. but this does not sounds good. at all.

28I think Scarlett's voice is really unique, sort of in the realm of Nina Simone. I think I could listen to her if the song wasn't so friggin' boring. Would definitely like to hear her version of Feeling Good.

33it's waaaaay too low for her register. her voice is raspy, not deep. but it's not like she got the album by being vocally gifted. i hope she doesn't further embarrass herself by joining a band or performing live on late night talk shows.

38O my god that was awful. Unoriginal? When your entire song is based on a Casio keyboard's preset button you know you're working with original.
And as for her "amazing" acting, she's actually a terrible actress, which no one seems to notice because she ends up in awesome projects opposite huge talents. But if you watch closely, she can't act for sh*t. She has the same tone through every movie. Same expression, same glassy look. It's just because she's beautiful, young, and confident that people go gaga.

46Why is it that whenever someone gets famous they have to branch off into these other avenues? She has surrounded herself with too many "yes" people and nobody tells her "that's enough". What about Linday Lohan singing...yuck. and Jennifer Lopez singing...yuck. Just stick with what you are good at.
47I'm actually surprised that everyone thought it was a man. She's has a deep man voice All the time! But it was so DRONEY and boring. No range at all. BLAH I agree with most people that are saying just stick with what you're good at. I feel like everyone is trying to just stick their hands in everything. I think it's better to be AWESOME at one thing then so so at many things
