for lack of a better word - sam is such a douche and i hope that he continues to stay away from britney. she's doing so much better w/o him around. i hope that the restraining ordre continues and that her parents maintain that one.

as for working out - i would LOVE to have the time and $$ for a trainer - so as long as she's doing it - she can wear her sunglasses.

UH..., I think we should retire the word "camel jockey" from here on out. Where I'm from it isn't exactly polite, and usually comes out of someone who is no younger than 75.

At first glance, I thought maybe she's working out with a friend. Because I never see her with a friend. She seems to only go out with her parents or people she has hired. It seems kind of sad and isolated.

Things will get interesting on July 31, when the conservatorship either ends or gets made permanent. Sam's current restraining order extension ends the same day. I'm not convinced she can maintain this pace on her own.

I agree Ginger. I dont think she has friends. I think thats probably a contributor to her weirdness. Friends are a good thing to have! Without friends, things could get a little scary.

She definitely doesn't look like she's planning on working up too much of a sweat with the sunglasses on but good for her for at least doing something active. I would love it if she made a comeback to her ~2003 body!

I think the blonde girl is her assistant, not her trainer. It looks just like the assistant that is almost always with her lately.

I am glad that she doesnt have any friends because all of the ones she has had have been users and abusers She doesnt seem to be working up a sweat but we can't tell the whole workout from a couple photos-

I wear sunglasses when I run... The big difference being that I'm outside and I'm terrified of crow's feet. However, they've never prevented me from working up a sweat.

SUnglasses always slip off my face when I sweat so I dont waer them. Who says her workout has to be intense anyway? It could be theraputic, walking out her nervous energy or something who knows...

Sam acts like she has a choice in the matter.... She's sweating so I'm guessing she worked out good. The sunglasses are all part of her security blanket I think. Her butt is so great. I like her new assistant too. Not like Alli.

triple post! But yes the girl is her assistant. She actually seems to do work for Britney and not just standing there being a leech or fame ho like Alli and others. The guy is her bodyguard. I think she seems happy. She has had some genuine smiles in these pictures and had a little skip in her step.

Come on Brit, get that body back! lol, she just seems depressed lately....sort of like Gwyneth has been (post-partum?!). Her story really gives the reason for her not smiling for the last two years ( Gwyneth, I mean).

About the weight gain, she's probably on some sort of anti-depressant and the side effects of those can often lead to significant (10-15lbs in some cases) weight gain. I don't think she's pregnant.

yep, antidepressants made me put on lbs practically overnight, but luckily i was a bit underweight to begin with. i feel for brit

I think she is looking good and seems to be feeling better about herself. She doesn't seem as lost and as desperate for the attention. I'm rooting for her

Glad she's getting healthy. A healthy body equals a healthy mind. Or so I believe it does.

Brit is looking healthy. She may not be as toned as she used to be but I think that is a healthy weight for her.

I'm glad her gasoline station visits are over. I hope Sam disappears from her life completely.
