Javier Bardem's heart is just as big as his smile. The Oscar winning actor was in Algeria over the weekend for the Sahara Film Festival and took some time out to visit a refugee camp in the area. It's the second year he and his brother Carlos made the trip to visit the festival to help support the cause and hopefully raise awareness about the area. Whether or not the rumors of an impending walk down the aisle with Penelope are true, Javier's definitely a keeper. Love him.

11Yea, he must really care, because nobody goes to Algeria for the photo op. That's great to have such an international star support the festival two years in a row. It's not easy for countries like that to get international recognition in the arts.
