i think the pictures are cute and more importantly normal -- people enjoying each other during a celebration. If the camera-person hadn't snapped the picture no one would be complaining. . .because it would have just been a moment between the them (and the party-goers)

These two are just a normal couple having a good time and feeling so comfortable in their relationship that they can do silly things like this.
