Penn Badgley and Jessica Szohr were ushering in the welcome warmer weather filming Gossip Girl in NYC yesterday and Michelle Trachtenberg sat curbside on set today. Vanessa was absent from last night's episode, but the kids managed to stir up lots of drama without her. I'm beginning to like Blair and her bitchiness best and don't even get me started on troublemaking Jenny. Serena and Dan are a bit too perfect, though it looks like that won't last long when Michelle Trachtenberg's Georgina comes to town. Oh how we've missed all our upper east siders, but thankfully their love of gadgets, impeccable beauty and adorable envy inducing outfits didn't go anywhere during the hiatus. Unfortunately, while last night's episode won big ratings by CW standards, the fictional drama couldn't draw more than the recent season premiere of our other favorite Monday night drama, The Hills. So, what did you think about the shows last night?

I just don't get the fact that they use bad words to promote the show.
1do we really need a show that depicts girls as b*tchy and obsessed with materialism?
2I love the show its a distraction from the news. I could not get over Jenny's attitude from stealing to playing all of them by showing up with Nate.

13First of all, I want Vanessa gone. I don't want Georgina messing with Serena..I like the 'good' Serena with Dan! Jenny should be nice again, and should also hook up with Nate!! Poor Chuck being blamed for everything..he's totally meant for Blair, who I like de-throned!
