Lindsay Lohan was in good spirits leaving lunch at La Scala in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon. It was a rare moment without Samantha by her side or leggings on her, um, legs. I can't imagine she'll be without either for too long — they're a pretty inseparable trio these days. While it seems that Lindsay Lohan is slowly moving back towards trouble territory, it's a lot better than where she was last year at this time about to embark on her double DUI summer. Hopefully LL will be able to keep her cool as the weather gets warmer and the parties get steamier in those hot summer months.

5I would like there to be a restriction on hair extensions. Lindsay's look ridiculous (I'm not going to get started on the colour today). I find it so hard to believe that any self-respecting hairdresser would let her leave the salon with them looking like this.

I think the whole leggins thing is to keep her from putting on the wrong pants again.
A) SHe has not pockets to put the coke in and
24B) If she is caught wearing jeans w/ coke in them she can always say "Uh Uh U know its not mine officers check the blogs, I always wear leggins"
