For Britney Spears, total fitness comes any time of day. It was dark by the time she made her way back to her car after her Bally's workout last night. Extensions looking pretty neat and clean, too! Lynne is excited about Britney's progress with her kids recently, and it has to also be heartening to see her oldest daughter getting back to the gym like the fitness junkie she used to be. Plus, with her bikini body already making covers no wonder Brit's got such a big smile on her face.

14What a difference a mothers prayers and a fathers intervention can do IMO. I believe with all my heart that so called manager was drugging her like her mom said, and also that Brit suffered from undiagnosed postparteum depression.
She is looking great, and I think she is going to do good things in the future to help others as well as her career.

22The improvement from two months ago is remarkable. I don't know if she'll ever be in the shape she was in her late teens but this here is way better than in previous weeks.
I'm fully convinced Sam WAS doing something to her. Its just painfully obvious when we see how normal she is capable of being. Wow.

It's obvious that something was going on when Sam was in control. She just looked so lost all of the time. I'm glad to see that she is doing so well and that her family has been so supportive and caring.

29I still think it's too soon to say she's recovered or back from whatever ailed her. You only see small controlled glimpses of her life, with a chaperon (security guard or parent) at all times.
The test will be July 31st, when either the conservatorship ends or gets made permanent. At the moment it seems she is unable to live on her own and take care of herself, let alone any children.
