Ever since we caught wind that Elle selected Rachel to model the dresses of last month's Paris couture shows in the April issue, I couldn't wait to see the outcome. What can I say, I'm a sucker for all things McAdams. As you can tell, the photoshoot went swimmingly (call me crazy, but I'm totally still enjoying the pink streak). Even though Rachel disappointed the masses (weeellll, at least a few of us) by not showing up with Ryan at the Oscars, it's very cool to see her here rocking both Beyonce and Kirsten's Oscars red carpet dresses. She looks quite fetch (still trying to make fetch happen).

I just noticed the strangest thing about these pictures. It looks like Rachel's head (or the EXACT same pose) is used in the picture for the cover AND the picture where she is in the metallicy blue dress with white tulle skirt!!

Those dresses are dropdeadgorgeous and she looks fabulous in them. I watched Ryan in "Half Nelson" and he was excellent and deserved the Oscar nod.

27I really liked Kirsten's dress. I think her hair and makeup at the Oscars were just too bland to carry of such a flamboyant gown. To pull that dress off you have to have sass.
I LOVE the yellow gown. Can't get enough of extremely moderns looks with a 17th century twist.

33She definitely wears Beyonce's dress better, but I have to disagree with everyne on Kirsten's. That dress has so much going on that I hate the belt with it. And other than one, maybe two of the dresses here, I hate them all.

She is beautiful! I too was disappointed by not seeing her at the Oscars - I'm glad she's rocking the pink hair for more than .2 seconds. I can't wait to see what she does for her next project.

45I LOVE LOVE Rachel! She looks damn awesome in this photoshoot. I think she is one of the very few who can actually rock out pink hair. I'm so glad she didn't take it off for this shoot. You go girl!! Sadly, she is wearing that ugly dress Beyonce wore to the Oscars. At least it looks good on Rachel then it did on Beyonce!
