Lauren Conrad stepped out to lunch in her cute summery dress, but instead of her usual girl friend by her side the Hills star was with a male companion. Apparently LC's new boy is a minor league baseball player named Doug Reinhardt, and his sister Casey was even on a few episodes of Laguna Beach. Guess this means her date with Stephen on last week's episode didn't ignite any old sparks, but we're excited to see Lauren have some romance of her own later on in the season.

20I'm actually not understanding why it's bad that Lauren Conrad has the same look most of time. Most people do. The last I looked, the majority of celebrities that appear on here during "non-event" activities pretty much look and wear the same style.
21i was just about to ask if it was the over done casey - but i guess so based on everyone's comments. i think that it's great that LC and this new boy are hanging out. based on the date with stephen - there wasn't much that was going to happen - at least from his perspective. i don't know. i guess some things are better left as is right?
22Glad to see she has stopped recycling the same guys over and over. And I think the hair is great - she's cut about 8 inches off of it recently and it looks more modern and grown-up. I'm a big fan of the show and totally Team Lauren. I hope Spencer and Heidi fall off the planet soon.
