I know! I understand some people find her annoying - probably for the same reason I find people like Britney Spears and Jennifer Love Hewitt annoying, but it seems to have become really popular to hate on Kirsten. Anyway, I was going to say it looks like she's put on a few pounds since Marie Antoinette and that's a good thing. She looked emaciated when she had to drop all her clothes in the changing station. As for her friend - she could stand a few cheeseburgers.

I'm with 11 and 12 on this! I'm constantly amazed at the abuse she gets on certain other blogs, and I don't get it at all. I think she's incredibly pretty in a very normal and natural way, I love her pale skin compared to all the scary, radioactive perma-tans, I think it's great that she has real teeth in a world of porcelain and I love that she she dresses for herself and not for attention or for the paparrazi! In other words she seems to me like an actual real, live normal girl in a horribly and increasingly fake Hollywood.

I even surveyed all my male friends on this, because I began to think she might be one of those girls that other girls like but boys don't... but nope! Happily ALL the boys I asked thought she was hot too. Yay Kirsten!

I love her. She's fun and cute.

I like her. I can not say her fashion sense is always on point, but she is a real actress. No gimmicks, she has mastered her craft, and does not hang out with the in crowd or need a sex tape or an album to have a career. I actually think it's great that she is not perfect, or feels she needs to be.

According to RBilsonLovesMe, I am either hideous looking or better than looking than Kirsten Dunst but still possessing major insecurity issues, because I don't think she's attractive (I noticed that you eliminated that as a possibility). I'm glad that you defined "normal looking" as more attractive than "us" (she utilized the collective "you," which I found to be cute, but in a juvenile, assuming kind of way) with a better personality than "us," because otherwise I'd have no idea what you're talking about. I suppose, according to your standards, all of Hollywood is normal-looking??? Also, another great assumption on the fact that we all have "stumpy/bowlegged/cankly/what-have-you" legs. Now, do peg legs fall under "what-have-you" legs? Just curious. And please don't give me some ignorant, assumption-ridden explanation as to why they do. I like her very much. She always does really interesting movies (except stuff like spiderman or wimbledon).

I find her a refreshing alternative to someone like say, Scarlett Johansson, who cannot act to save her life, and gets by with the help of her expertly flaunted breasts, and potential love affairs.

The fabulous J. Lo, for example, has had oodles of work done to her face (and who knows what else) to look the way she looks now. Either way, if you look at the woman up close, it's a horror show.

So really, isn't it time to revisit what "fug" really is? I think Kirsten Dunst *is* beautiful, and what strikes me most about her is that she looks relatively natural, and unmodified by the surgeon's scalpel.

I'm all about comfort over stlye, but if I knoew I was going to be photographed every time I went outside I might *try* to dress in clothes that fit my body properly. IMO, she is like the Olsens. As in, "I'm too cool to fit in, everyone notice how I'm not fitting in" & if those are "killer long legs" I'd hat to see what short stumpy ones look like

I know i'm generalizing but I think it's interesting that we tend to like people more when we think they are beautiful. When they are less attractive people seem to want to find and concentrate on perceived faults. Our initial gut reactions to people tend to come from our subconscious and we live in a world where we value beauty. I know it's the way it is but I find it kind of sad because you're still the same on the inside. I don't know if that has anything to do with why so many people can't stand Kirsten? It was just a thought i was having...
Having said that. I think she's cute. Not beautiful but she has a kind face and smiles a lot. I don't like the bathing suit myself but it suits her.

I think she isn't beautiful but she has never tried to be a sex kitten or anything like that (think britney or paris). Kiki is cute. I think the fact she isn't trying so hard to be somebody makes her very likable. She reminds me of Maggie Gyllenhaal in a way.

We women have to stop ripping each other apart like this. And I admit guilt on my own part too, because although I have not attacked Kirsten Dunst, I have said mean things about J Lo for example.

I'm with Maggie 99 (#34)... K gets waaay more flack on this site and some others than some rather talentless hacks that are more beautiful in a generic way. I don't think K is a great beauty, but she's more interesting and unique looking than some of the starlets people slobber praise on who all look the same. I think that most of young Hollywood can't act at all and get by on their generic looks. I could see her going the way of Meryl Streep or Diane Keaton if she chooses good roles; Rachel Bilson, not so much, as she'll be done as soon as she has a wrinkle.
