As promised, the New Kids on the Block have reunited, and they've released a brand new single to go along with their tour that kicks off next Friday. You guys were kind of split about whether or not you'd go to another New Kids concert, but check out "Summertime" below and tell us — love it or leave it?

Now I feel really old watching them and old memories rush in.
1I do not like it. It sounds too breathy and that they morphed their voices creepy stalker style.

17I loved the beat. Made me wanna bounce. But knowing that these 40 year old dudes with kids are talking about meeting up with some hot chick on the beach makes me think "ew".
18They are too old to be a boy band. 10 years ago, they were too old. Their voices even sound old...who wants a 40 year old man singing to their tween. This music is for the young crowd, right? Cuz this isn't exactly deep and soulful.

As for the song...Eh, it's ok. Not fabulous, but not horrible either.
It sounds more fit for a younger band say like the Jonas Brothers maybe?

That song almost put me to sleep. Very disappointing from the boys I loved as a pre-teen.

30I'm really a biiiggg fan of the New Kids On The Block, but this song was not bad, but was not extraordinary either.
Hope the rest of their CD is good. They should have released the song "Click Click Click" for this summer instead of Summertime (even if the title tell you it is a song for summer). This song iiisss ssssoooo ggggooooooddddd!!!
If you have the chance to listen to this song, listen to it. It's worth it.

32i love the song and it would be a hit for any bad such as the jonas brothers. its just a little odd cause they are older now but the lyrics are as if they were still teenagers. i do love it and love them and would go to any concert.

38Oh boy WOW ok so I'm not sure what to say exactly. I think it sounds like a boy band and if I was 12 maybe I'd still be into it. It doesn't sound like old school NKOTB it sounds like they are trying to be a boy band now which isn't fitting. If they just came back singing hangin tough or my fave please don't go girl I would be all on board. Still I'm not really sure if it's me or them that's changed

41Ok, I am a HUGE New Kids on the Block fan and have been since I was like 5! I am super excited that they are back together and going on tour(I am so going) BUT..although I like the beat of the song...I'm not a fan of the lyrics. I mean, most of the people that are going to see them or buy their album are in their 20's & 30's now, so they should probably stop singing songs about teenagers (told me not to call after 10??...I don't remember what it was like to have a phone curfew!! Now it's cuz our husbands would answer??) They should probably try to sing songs that appeal more to US...the people that are gonna buy their music...not the teenagers that we were (or growing up to be) when they first were making songs. They are all almost 40 with families now...it just seems kinda creepy to me!! BUT I still love them regardless!! Lets hope the next single is a little more their age....
42I will say one positive thing. For a moment, I felt like I was 14 again and reading SuperTeen magazine in my backyard during summer vacation.
But that's it. I never liked NKOTB and still don't. And there is a real cheese factor with guys that age singing like they're teenagers.
43PS...it just came to me what that song reminds me of. Anyone ever play Grand Theft Auto? It sounds like one of those made-up songs they play on the radio in your car.

45I loved them to crazy levels as a kid, but that was a huge disappointment if you ask me. Just cause they are reuniting doesn't mean they have to sound exactly the same. Early 90s are over, move on.

It's a song that I will for sure if I hear it on the radio will leave it going and sing along! Good summer song! Very upbeat and breezy! Can totally picture myself with a really good drink on the beach with good company listening too it!
