As expected [1] — but you never know with her — Britney Spears arrived at court shortly after 8 AM [2] this morning for a hearing regarding custody [3] of Sean Preston and Jayden James. She showed up with both her parents and her lawyer, Blair Berk. Kevin Federline is also there for the hearing. Considering the days when Britney was hours late [4] for the hearings if she even went inside at all [5], this should be a good sign for the judges that she's making progress. We'll keep you updated with photos and news as the hearing goes down, but hopefully this is a step in the right direction towards more visitation rights and future custody for Britney.
