Nicole and Joel introduced their adorable daughter to the world on the cover of People in February, and little Harlow must love the camera because she scored her second photoshoot, this time for Harper's Bazaar. She even let her parents and grandpa in on the fun for a shoot that took place at Lionel Richie's house in LA. Nicole hasn't hesitated to gush about her new life lately, and this interview was no exception as she talked about her career, Joel, and Harlow, Harlow, Harlow. Here are highlights:

- On what surprises her about motherhood: "Hmm, I would say how fun it is. Everybody talks about how difficult it is in the first three months, but I absolutely love it."
- On Joel: "[He has] a different way of thinking. But at the same time, he's never tried to change me. And if anything, we were friends first. We just have fun together. When we're apart, we just get on iChat and don't even say anything to each other." She starts to giggle. "He likes to get girly sometimes. But he'd kill me if he knew I said that!"
- On getting married: "One day, yeah — not tomorrow, not today. We are committed to our family. I'm 26. I've definitely had a very eventful year. So right now, it's about me enjoying my time with my daughter."
To see what else Nicole had to say about starring in Chicago and how motherhood has changed her, just read more.
- On the Broadway rumors: "Doing musical theater really does take up your entire life. But I'm really excited to get out there and show people that I'm capable of doing something other than The Simple Life."
- On Harlow getting into trouble when she gets older: "To be honest, it would completely break my heart if she got a tattoo."
- On being a mom: "You know, I went through a stage of thinking that once you had a baby, you moved to Brentwood, had a white picket fence, and it changed your entire life. But I love where I am right now. Every single thing is for Harlow. Joel took me out last week, and he was like, 'Why don't we go out and have a shopping day?' But I ended up only going to kid stores. I didn't get to buy shoes or anything."
Nicole and Joel might not be ready to settle down as the most traditional parents in the world, but it seems like they have softened up a lot since welcoming their new addition. It will be fun to see if Harlow follows in her parents' trouble making footsteps, or blaze a brand new trail for herself. Either way, she'll have her mom and dad cheering her own as her two biggest fans. Be sure to check out more from the family's adorable photoshoot here.

16FAB! pics and I'm glad to finally see Lionel with the baby! Too CUTE!!!
I saw a quick interview with Joel and he was saying how his "girls" are at home. He is such the proud boyfriend and daddy! I think Nicole found a keeper! I was impressed with him even when Nicole went through her bad girl jail time phase and he admitted to her mistakes but had her back and stood up for her and how she's changed, every step of the way. He's a good catch.
17Although she's just at home and i'm just at work. A baby really does change you! I'm happy for them!

35OMG! SO CUTE!
36They will be over in a year. He is already hedging his bets.
37Women, listen up, it is better to get married before having kids, not only to protect yourself legally, but also your child. You have to think though the consequences of your actions. It's a baby, not a poodle. I am old enough to see so many of my friends end up as single moms, and that is a hard life and bad for the kid in some respect.
"but he loves me" yeah, now he does...
38I love he black and white photo of Nicole and Harlow. So cute.
39wow, jessiebbb, way to be positive. I don't think that anyone thinks that having a baby is equal to having a poodle.
anyways, it seems that Nicole has grown up a bit thanks to her daughter. I'm not a huge fan, but she seems to be doing better than she has in the past. having a baby will do that to you...
40I love these photos, and harlow is so adorable!!!
41I might just buy Harper’s Bazaar. Great pictures
42Aww
43It's amazing how much Nicole has matured. Great to see them so happy and baby Harlow is just too cute
44sweetnshy
jessiebbb was right. Not every girl who gets pregnant has a rich rock star for a boyfriend or comes from a rich family. That's why there are so many single girls out there abusing drugs and abusing their baby because they can't handle it on their own!! Can't help it if we don't live in a fairy tale world, but more than half teenage girls who have babies are single, so positive or not it's a fact and it's also a fact single girls need help, they can't do it all on their own.
45so cute...but i dont agree at all with jessiebbb...just because you have a baby does not mean you should HAVE to get married some people choose to never get married, just because your married doesnt mean that your 'husband' still wont participate in the childs life either physically or financially....every situation is different sometimes just 'being married' ruins a lot of relationships...Marriage is NOT ALWAYS forever (unfortunately) but being someones Father & Mother is ALWAYS FOREVER! So if people feel that just having the responsibility of being mom & dad are enough to keep them together..then more power to them!
46I Love the photo of Joel and Nicole w/ Harlow in the pink dress.
47it is so sweet!
I give them 2 years at the most. The don't seem to be that into eachother. All they talk about is their daughter. They didn't know eachother that well before they had the kid, so it all makes sense.
48She looks SO GOOD per usual!
49I am also saying that rich or poor, if you get pregnant after knowing someone for a short amount of time, and you are as young as these people meaning BRITNEY, ASHLEY , etc... you are a fool. Look at Britney, all the money in the world didn't keep her man from walkng. I am not saying that unmarried people can't make it work, but I am saying that you need to grow up yourslef.
jst being real, toomany women in the USA think Prince Charming is for real.
Nicole has grown up? Yeah right.
