After slipping into a sexy black gown at the Costume Institute Gala on Monday, Fergie kept the party going at the Waverly Inn last night. She must have really enjoyed herself because she looks like she took a tumble in her high heels as she headed out into the streets of NYC. Luckily, Fergie is no stranger to a little clumsiness and shook it off with a smile on her face.
