Fresh off his busy weekend hosting SNL and catching the eye of a few ladies around NYC, Shia LaBeouf slipped on a suit and tie to have a chat with Dave Letterman last night. He was there to promote Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but mostly he just wanted to talk about his drunk arrest at Walgreen's last year. He gave the play-by-play from heading to the store for some pimple cream and posing for the best mugshot of 2007, to getting a phone call from Steven Spielberg the next morning. Luckily Shia is taking the whole thing in stride and getting a lot of laughs about it, but we'll be waiting to see if he will have an even better tale of troublemaking for Dave the next time around.

19UM - someone please explain the Shia phenomenon. I just don't see it. He looks 12 and like the average joe you went to high school with. Like a cross between Liev Schreiber (who is way hotter) and David Straithern (who is also way hotter). Then again, I never understood Timberlake either.
