Katherine Heigl looked like she spent a day at the office as she left the set of The Ugly Truth [1] in LA yesterday. With only one episode of Grey's [2] to go, she'll get to hang up her scrubs for the Summer and concentrate on being a movie star full-time starting next week. As for last night's episode [3] — Izzie didn't get all that much screen time, but for once she was the sensible one. We're excited for next week to see what goes down between Dr. Stevens and Dr. Karev as part of the Season 4 cliffhanger.
