After spending her morning in a skin tight black pantsuit, Angelina Jolie opted for something a lot more flowy and muumuu-esque for the big Cannes premiere of Changeling tonight. She had Brad on her arm as usual, and it looks like he even got a little frisky with his woman on the red carpet alongside Clint and his wife Dina. In the movie, Angelina plays a woman whose son is kidnapped, and when he returns she is convinced it's a different boy, a role which required a passion that reminded Angie of her own mother. She said,

"To me, she's very much like my mother," Jolie said. "My mother was very passive in many ways and very, very sweet, but when it came to her children, she was a lion. But as a woman, very shy with her own voice. So in many ways, Christine reminded me of my mom, and it was a way to kind of revisit my mother after her passing and spend time with her."

Angelina's already been receiving great reviews for her performance, and I'm guessing her experiences as a mother helped her take on the role, too. For now, though, the premieres are over, and it's back to family relaxing time by the pool — with their little swimmer Maddox! — for the Jolie-Pitts.
