LOVE the Starbucks trick - hilarious. The morning show I watch was talking about this and the show hosts said that a lady they work with used to be a Starbucks barista and she said they used to do the same thing! The other way around as well - if they thought someone could stand to lose a few pounds but ordered a full fat beverage, they'd use fat free.
