Hilary Duff continued her philanthropic "Blessings in a Backpack" program that she helped start three years ago with a visit to Boca Raton Elementary School Thursday. She said it was an honor to meet the kids and hand out backpacks of food, while the children showed their appreciation with flowers and huge homemade thank you cards. At the event, May 22nd was even officially declared as Boca Blessings in a Backpack Day, which just goes to show Hil is still the sweetheart you thought she was.

8Duffster has been looking amazing lately. Happy, healthy and glowing. I hated the lollipop look she had going on for a while; thankfully she seems to be over it.
9What is not to love about Hilary Duff? She's gorgeous, she's grounded, she looks healthy again, and I can actually let my 11 year old niece love her and look up to her still after all these years.
10With all due respect, what she did was probably the cruelest publicity stunt. Boca Raton is one of the wealthiest suburbs in the nation and Boca Raton Elementary is not a school for broke folks. Why not travel to a neighborhood where the kids could really use the help? How unfair. I hope they are going to give those backpacks to real disadvantage children.
