Marcia Cross raised a couple of eyebrows on Saturday when she was spotted leaving the Ken Paves salon in LA without her trademark long red hair. She covered her locks underneath a shorter brown wig with bangs but by Sunday she was back to her flame-haired self for a trip to a cafe with her husband Tom Mahoney. Maybe Marcia was test driving a new look for the Summer, because now that she's done playing Bree Hodge on Desperate Housewives for the season, she can mix things up before returning to TV next Fall.

i kind of like the wig. that red hair just screams "look at me". she must get tired of it, or is that just me projecting. she looks good
1i knew this was a wig when i saw it on perez. you can see her red hair sticking out by her right ear.
it looks nice, but i think it ages her (plus, i LOVE her red hair).

However, with that said, I think she looks sloppy with her cardigan hanging off her shoulder. Either take off the cardigan or wear it appropriately. Her appearance is unbecoming. JMHO.

12The dark wig makes her look a lot more common. She looks amazing with the red.
13Yah, the red was clear through the wig- she wouldnt get rid of her hair when she is known for how pretty it is-
14She's got such pretty red hair. I freaked out when I saw her wearing the Suri. It makes her look so old and it's really not flattering.
