Keanu Reeves was looking scruffy cute as he grabbed lunch and took a smoking break in NYC this week. His Street Kings came and went from the theaters, but he's already moved on to his next projects, The Day the Earth Stood Still and The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. Shooting on the latter movie is already underway with Blake Lively, and we're sure it won't be long before Keanu joins her, Winona Ryder, and the rest of the cast. With two more movies on the way, let's hope Keanu can keep his large fan base happy for the next year or so.

Well, actually, he always looks good, no matter what he's wearing. I don't get why so many people are bashing him, not only is he a better actor than people give him credit for, he's also a lot more articulate and intelligent than people on some sites that regularly bash him *cough* TMZ, Splash *cough*, although they earn money with him.
6I lITERALLY ran into him at a store a few years ago and nearly fainted. So embarrassing! But he was very nice. I'd met him a few years before that at a club and he was nice then too. I like him, even though he's a not-so-good actor.

18He sat next to me and my mom (and my puppy) last Saturday at a cafe on 65th street between Madison and 5th. He's much taller than I thought he would be and also very quiet. He was also carrying a very used-looking, brown leather man bag!
19To Sporky: Wow! "You met him and literally ran into him" Talk about Excellent Adventures. What are the odds? But have you scenes all his movies? I was told to watch him in Devil's Advocate, Constantine, Somethings Gotta Give, Sweet November and of course the Matrix. for just starters. "NOT A GOOD ACTOR"....ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I frankly did not see them before last year. Now I am a big fan. Please give him a look see and watch him is the remake of the old 50's film. The Day the Earth Stood Still out this November I believe. He will be the alien. Jennifer Conolly will be a costar and I think they will be great in this.
To Agnellina: That is so cool you and your mom got to sit by him. From all that I hear from people that have met him and had the pleasure of actually talking to him...It seems to be a recurring statement that he is a nice and very pleasant and intellegent man. He is not over-confident or too proud to be just one in the crowd. He is tall 6'1.5" to be exact. I could see him being quiet but he can have a great sense of humor as well I heard. I have seen his man bag in pictures as well. He doesn't get rid of much of his favorite things. I bet he loved your puppy. He seems to like kids and animals. Thanks for sharing this tidbit.
