Rachel Bilson was looking typically cute in her pocketed dress after grabbing lunch with friends at Dusty's in LA yesterday. It's no secret that she's one of our favorite starlets, but we have to admit that she's not as big as she was back in her O.C. days. Even with appearances on Chuck and her movie Jumper, this hasn't exactly been Rachel's shining year.
