Britney Spears can make decisions at the grocery store like she did last night, but apparently she is still not fit enough to take part in her legal hearings "in any meaningful way." The court commissioner determined this yesterday, so her doctors are going to run more tests soon. Her lawyers are expected to file a business plan for the pop star by June 13, so we should know more in just a few weeks. In the meantime, we hope Britney can stay focused on getting better and spending as much time with those adorable boys as she can.

The commisioner was told by her doctors that since her medication is still under the process of changing, she is not yet completely "normal" and that her behavior and mental state are still "fluid." That's why they dont want her involved in the precedings.

doubt it somehow. Sometimes these things take years to stabilize. I'm glad she's doing better anyway.
I don't get why people tear her down for doing stupid things like her jeans or shiny skin, knowing she's not even mentally well enough to take care of herself. Oh well. Haters will hate.

Since her doctors are still running tests and switching around meds, apparently there is no clear diagnosis, so you can't really say she has a mental illness. As Woop pointed out, personality disorders are another issue.

23Oh, cut her some slack. Her jeans are probably hemmed for the extra height that heels (or her favorite boots) give her, and maybe she wanted to wear that particular pair today without heels. She's getting her sh*t together. Be nice.
