The lovely ladies of the UK and Hayden Panettiere stepped out in London last night for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards. Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, and Melanie Brown had a mini Spice Girls reunion and took home Band of the Year Award, while Kelly Osbourne won Theater Actress of the Year. While the event was all about the women, they made room for cute Mark Ronson who took home the Man of the Year statue. There were plenty of pretty faces on the red carpet, but Lily Allen turned the most heads in her shocking pink hair — love it or hate it? — and disgusting bleeding deer dress. She took home the Editor's Choice Award, but we're bigger fans of Kate Beckinsale's glamorous look than Lily's attention-grabbing techniques.
