I'm pretty sure it is a wig. If you look at the other photos of her when she's wearing her jeans, her hair isn't as long and or as thick. Plus she doesn't have a fringe/bangs/whatever it's called in North America.

I think her face looks bloated in the picture on the right. Maybe too much partying and not enough sleep, or some other temporary situation. Although I expect she will start with the work soon, because at 29 her face seem to be aging fast.
