Gossip Girl may be on Summer break, but Penn Badgley and Blake Lively are still living it up back in NYC after their little romantic beach getaway. During the hiatus, Blake has been busy filming The Private Lives of Pippa Lee up in Connecticut before getting into promotion mode for Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 which is out in August. Thankfully, it looks like Penn has the free time to chill with his girlfriend and her adorable pup Penny. Even though his plaid shirt clashed with her stripes, it's pretty clear that these two match up in the areas that count in love.
