After spending the week in NYC to attend the CFDA Awards, Hilary Duff was back in LA and in super casual gear to grab some breakfast. She had her hands full of her essentials — wallet, keys, cell phone, and water bottle — though after all that shopping in Manhattan, we would have thought she'd be showing off a fancy new bag. Perhaps after rubbing elbows with Hollywood's most fashionable, she just needed a day off from her stylish self.
The leggings are awful. Send them back to the 80's, where they belong.

Leggings are bad enough but these are shiny and she's wearing a scarf. She normally looks great but this outfit is horrible.

my gripe is on whether she's wearing the "fashion" leather leggings or whether she's actually wearing those lycra/spandex leggings that people used to wear to dance class or something, cos it looks like the latter, and it is not a good look.

This outfit is so trendoid - it's ridiculous. She comes across as trying too hard for what should be a casual look. Besides, it's not even cute.
