If having newborn baby twins is tiring Jennifer Lopez out, you'd never know it by looking at her. J Lo and Marc ducked into their car after a news conference today in Moscow, where they're set to appear at tonight's MUZ TV music awards. Little Max and Emme weren't with her for the afternoon, but we know they don't have a nanny so they can't be too far from mom and dad. As if dual baby care and her super busy career isn't enough, rumor has it that Jennifer will be using her new reality TV show to launch yet another clothing line.

1argh, that whole "no nanny crap" is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard. she must take everyone for an idiot if she expects anyone to buy that.
