As expected [1], Lindsay Lohan got to work on Labor Pains [2] in LA today, and she didn't even have to change out of her leggings. She managed to avoid rocking a fake baby bump for her first day, but she did continue her streak of showing skin [3] whenever possible with her off-the-shoulder top. We're excited to get a preview of what an LL baby bump looks like — just as long as she's not actually joining the ranks of the rest of pregnant celebs [4] in Hollywood yet.
