Kate Moss made the most of what looks like a beautiful day by hitting the stores in London. She brought a couple of pint-sized helpers for a little retail therapy, but it's Ms. Moss who has been providing the healing these days. Kate's heartbroken male buddy Rhys Ifans is rumored to be so down after being dumped by Sienna that he's staying with Kate as he drowns his sorrows.
