Mischa Barton didn't seem to notice the heat wave as she ran errands in NYC yesterday. She piled on the layers with tights and fringed boots, but left the bra at home before ditching the stockings for a night out on the town. Mischa did manage to squeeze some charity time into her busy week, so at least she's drawing some attention to something other than her questionable choices in fashion and men.

i enjoy her fashion sense a lot of the time. she's young and she should have fun! but it was so hot in nyc yesterday, i could barely walk around! i couldn't even imagine the torture of putting on tights.
